A spacious three-bedroom duplex apartment set over the ground and lower floors of a converted period building in Shepherds Bush. Bright, contemporary and recently refurbished, with a calm neutral palette and oak flooring on the main living level.

The ground floor is open and sociable. The living room sits at the front with tall windows, a navy velvet sofa and a second cream sofa, a smart TV, and a large round feature mirror. It flows through to a dining area with a six-seater table, and on to the kitchen at the rear. The kitchen is fitted in white cabinetry with wood-effect worktops, an electric Bosch oven and hob, extractor, Hotpoint fridge-freezer, Beko dishwasher, microwave, four-slice toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.


The three bedrooms are on the lower floor. The master has a zip-link super king bed that splits into two singles on request, a tall upholstered headboard, a work desk, fitted wardrobes, and its own ensuite with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third a single, both with upholstered headboards and good storage. A family shower room with a large walk-in shower serves the second and third bedrooms.


The living room also has a sofa bed that sleeps one extra. Out the back there is a private patio and garden.

Gas central heating throughout. WiFi provided. Self check-in by keybox at the front door. The apartment is on a quiet residential street with paid on-street parking nearby.

Neighbourhood Description

Boscombe Road is a quiet residential street in Shepherds Bush, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The street is lined with classic London terraces and sits in a well-connected pocket of west London, with everyday shops, cafes and the W12 shopping centre all within a short walk.


Shepherds Bush is best known for Westfield London, one of Europe's largest shopping centres, a 10-15 minute walk away with hundreds of shops, a cinema, and around ninety restaurants and cafes. Shepherds Bush Market, a long-running street market, is closer still. The area has a lively food scene along the Goldhawk Road and Uxbridge Road, with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Caribbean restaurants among the highlights.


The O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, a landmark music venue, is a few minutes away, and Holland Park and its Kyoto Garden are within walking distance for green space.

Getting Around

The apartment is within walking distance of three stations. Shepherds Bush on the Central line and the London Overground is the closest, putting Notting Hill, Bond Street and the West End within 10-15 minutes by tube. Shepherds Bush Market and Goldhawk Road stations on the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines are also nearby for routes towards Paddington, Kings Cross and the City.

Numerous bus routes run along the main roads to Hammersmith, Kensington, White City and beyond. Heathrow Airport is around 30-40 minutes by car or via the Piccadilly line with one change. The A40 Westway is close for driving west out of London or onto the M40.

Parking is on-street and paid by permit zone along the surrounding roads. There is no allocated parking with the apartment, so guests arriving by car should plan for metered or pay-by-app bays nearby.
